8 remote engineering hours monthly; monthly planned visit; target initial response within 2 business hours. Customised to site requirements.
Terms and conditions
PLC/HMI backups and automation health checks are included where safe system access is available. Unused included remote-support hours expire monthly and do not roll over. Initial response is acknowledgement and technical triage; it is not a guaranteed repair, restoration or onsite-arrival time.
Call-outs and onsite work outside the included planned visits are charged at PR Automation’s standard hourly rate, plus travel, accommodation, parts, software licences and other agreed costs.
